This piece was created from silver wire, made entirely by hand. The simplicity of this pendant make it a great fit for dressy everyday wear. The stone is set point-up, which adds texture and interest, and catches the light very prettily.

Topaz is a complex aluminum silicate. Generally a hard stone at 8 on the Mohs scale, topaz is used in jewelry very generously. Blue topaz is the birthstone for December. Almost all blue material on the market is irradiated clear topaz - this one is no exception.
